WHAT FORMAT YOU OFFER?
We offer the most common sound sample formats for brands like Yamaha, Wersi, Korg, SF2, GIG, ESX24,
HOW DO I GET MY SOFTWARE
After your successful payment by PayPal, Credit Card or Bankwire you get an Email from us with the downloadlink button. If you choose bankwire, you get the download link after receiving your payment. This takes around 1-3 working days.
We send you no USB drive or DVD. You get an instant download from our secured servers. The most files are compressed with ZIP. We use a password for the ZIP files, you’ll get by email for decompressing. After decompressing the files, you’ll get the Soundfile or folder for your instrument or softwaresampler.
Copy the file on e.g. a USB stick drive and paste it in your instrument. E.g. Yamaha goes thru the Extension Manager Software
WHAT I GET?
You get exactly this sound or MP3/WAV software for your instrument what you hear in our video- or audio demos. We don’t cheat you! All videos and demos are played LIVE recorded with a camera, only with that sound and accompainment or the produced MP3/WAV file depending on the effects from the keyboard. We only use standard styles and no 3rd party stuff in the keyboards you hear in the video/audio. So we can guarantee that you get 1:1 exactly this sound or mp3 you hear on our pages
MY SAMPLE SOUNDS NOT LIKE IN THE VIDEO
You can be sure, you get 100% that you hear in the video/audio. If your sample-sound sounds not like ours in the video or audio, there are 2 possibilities.
1. You don’t play it like our demonstator :-)
2. You should add selected effects from your instrument and use good loud speaker
DO WE OFFER A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE?
No! We know that our software is 100% perfect and useful. Once you downloaded it as a digital product from your server, we can’t refund you any order. That’s why we have recorded for each sound and half-playback a video or audio.
MAY I COPY THE SOFTWARE?
NO! We put a lot of work, time and love into the project and try to compense this with inexpensive prices. You can use the sounds or half-playbacks on your instrument as a right of use, but you are not allowed to copy it and pass or resale them on to third parties.
The ownership and copyright by all the stuff on our page (sounds and half-playbacks) are owned by the soundfactory.info (Top Shop Group Ltd. London). You get an unrestricted license for the right of use, but no ownership or copyright on the downloaded software.
We have a special hidden encrypted method on all our material, to identify who purchased the software to identify it. We also do not shy away from taking legal action in the event of infringements without prior warning.
